I needed a small part for the CamperVan's shower door whilst driving through Shepparton on my way to Thirroul. I called in and showed the Lady at the front counter a picture of the problem. She immedialtely reached under the counter, pulled out the part and said. "Is this what you want". After both of us enjoyed a good laugh I was on my way - no charge. This was brilliant.
